Lacey 7 Emerald 1.

After over a month of not winning a game on the court on the Xbox Live, Moose and Mallery finally got a W.

The red team behind two goals efforts from Matt Clark, Joel Barry, and the Moose, rolled over hapless Murf and Mercier team 7-1.

The shutout bid ended for Mallery when Pete Paperno took a lazy tripping penalty in the third, and Wayne Vaters scored the only green goal with 6:15 left while on the powerplay.

The red team showed their displeasure by lighting up AK for three more goals down the stretch for the 7-1 final.

"Their 2nd line forwards were Mercier and Murf, if Mallery can't stop them, then he deserves to lose," said Moose.

Game notables:

The shots were 53-22 red.

The green team took over last place from Houlihan with this loss.

Craig Morelli seems to be coming back down to Earth after riding the Philbrook trade wave for a few seasons.

Is Javier Soto still playing on Tuesday nights ?
