There was no Who Hash in Houlsville after the gold team fell to 0-2 by barely putting up a fight against a Dan Gallotto team. After Jesse Silva and Sean Andrews traded goals for a 1-1 first period, the second period was the Greg Zall show, as he scored all the goals in the 2nd period, including a flip shot from behind the net. In the final period the C players saw some playing time, as Cunhan, Spirito, and even Philbrook all had goals to crush the gold team by 6 goals. Apparently the E-11 drama has settled down, but now the gold team has to put some fresh Huggies on Rick Olson, who left the game after being called for his 2nd penalty of the game. After pleas from his captain to return, Rick stood pat on the sidelines with his binky. "F it, I'm not bringing beer either, trade me right f'n now," screamed Olson. To Rick's credit, he hung around to ref the 10pm game and took crap the whole time, but he took it like a man. Something that can't be said for some other guys who quit midgame...
Gallotto's team is now 2-0 and in first place,
while the Houlsville squad enjoys last place after two games for the third
straight season. |
