No matter how many times Houlihan
rearranged the furniture, Jay Brown was left to face 3 on 1 after The Shane-less red team got first period goals from Sweet Meat Pete Paperno and Moose, and that's all they would need to send the gold team home with another loss. To Brown's credit, he saw 40 or so shots, and kept the score to just 7-1. The beating was so bad that even the Heckler's stopped heckling by the end of the 2nd period. Reuben, Joel, and even Morelli all had goals for the winning team. Rick Olson had the lone goal on Mallery in the 2nd to wreck another shutout bid for Chunks. "Did I really see 30 shots?" asked Mallery. "Or was the scorekeeper just feeling bad for the gold team. I don't remember seeing more than 10 shots myself." Stay tuned to the website this week for possible spins of the Wheel of Downgrade for any tenable swaps to help some of the less fortunate teams. Yes were talking to you Sean Andrews...
