Three goals enough for Snowmen win, 3-2.

After scoring only two goals in the previous game, the Snowmen managed to score three in the 2nd game of their double header, and surprisingly it was enough for a win.

Greg Zall, Ron Jeremy Socia, and Sean Sullivan each scored for the orange team, while Marshall and Furugori continue to be the worst 1-2 punch in the league.

"Joe is running around trying to draw penalties and take penalties at the same time," said Marshall. "And neither is working out very well."

After a scoreless first period, the Icicles scored a quick pair when Martini and Cole both scored a minute apart. Martini swore he scored four more times, and that each one would go through a hole in the net, that's why they were never counted. We assumed correctly that he missed the net.

Fowler was on the court for every goal, but went pointless in the game. The Snowmen scored the final 3 goals of the game to win a very rare low scoring EMRHL game.

"The key was Mike Gaff," said Frosty. "He brought some true defensemanship to the team. Is that even a word?"

"Next game we may change up the lines a bit," said Icicle captain Matt Moose Spirito. "Putting Fowler on defense would probably work."
